Lack of time, lack of customers interest, lack of funds for most projects, increasing maintenance costs, many factors led to a painful decision: the studio is now closed. NoHype was a small, cosy analog recording studio with an instantly recognizable sound reminiscent of many classic Rock/ Pop/ Blues/ Funk/ Soul/ Fusion albums. With an in-house engineering style deply rooted in the late 60's and 70's recording techniques where creativity ruled, this was the place for any project needing the soft, smooth, deep and warm sound that only good quality analog equipment can provide.

For almost 15 years, NoHype has provided exceptionally smooth and involving records to discerning artists. The studio was especially suited to 60's toned Psychedelia, vintage Folk/Rock/Songwriter styles, classic Blues, 60's Reggae and 70's Fusion/Prog/Improv projects.
